In the recruitment industry you need to be aware of a few scams that employers may pull on you.

Employers may say that the temporary worker that you provided is not working properly so wants to sack them which means you have to give them money back.

However, what you may find is that they have not really sacked them and they are still working for them but you have lost out by giving them money back.

This sort of scam does not happen all the time so do not let it put you off, you just need to be aware of the scams that can happen.
