These change from year to year so it is crucial that you keep your company up to date with all the changes. All of the legal rules and regulations can be found on government websites such as:

• The Department of Trade & Industry
• The Scottish Executive
• The Northern Ireland Executive
• The National Assembly for Wales
• The Office of the Public Sector Information

Although these regulations provide you with accurate information, you must also seek legal advice before you start up your recruitment agency!
